Description

Tamarind contains a pulp used as a flavour for its sweet, sour, fruity aroma and taste and is used extensively in cuisines around the world. It is used as a souring agent, particularly in south Indian and Gujarati lentil dishes, curries and chutneys, where its flavour is more authentic than vinegar or lemon juice.

All the raw materials are hand-picked and collected from the vicinity (nearby area) and prepared in very hygienic conditions.
